The Social Distance Workout Challenge

Our physical fitness is extremely important for our mental and physical endurance and health, especially with the potential for social distancing, lockdown, and working remotely to last weeks and months. Even ten minutes of physical fitness a day can make a difference!

A fitness challenge you can do in your house with no equipment (depending on your fitness level try to go through it 1, 3, or 5 times):

1) 10 Push-Ups

2) 10 Crunches

3) 10 Air Squats

4) 30 seconds of plank

5) Run up and down a flight of stairs 10 times (alternate event - run in place for 5 minutes)
