Leading Through Crisis (#1)

I know it has been a wild week for you and the team as we all grapple with how to appropriately deal with the coronavirus pandemic. During this crisis it is important to remember to:

1) Inspire with optimism

2) Always look for one more thing to give an advantage to your team

3) Take action

4) Trust your instincts

5) Remain calm

6) Over communicate to your team.
